Okay, there are a range of things that need to be considered with the addition of another agent to the system.
Please go through the following and give me your guidance.
For the short term there will be two tracks for people to become involved with WLG - either through a direct invite from you or ones that we recruit through email and by their going to the website and processing through.
For the ones you invite:
What are you thinking they will be doing primarily:
Calling on Zbuyer owners?
Calling on Zbuyer buyers?
Joining you for co-listings in area’s that are not your primaries?
Reaching out to businesses (EatsToGo) - the primary reason being that we want to help the businesses by setting up Constant Contact (CC) programs to help them build their business (both the sponsored businesses and our associated agents).
What are we going to do for them?
What I am working on is a comprehensive plan that has daily, weekly, monthly goals and also minimum requirements.
The is designed to do a number of things:
1. Give them targets - goals that are realistic - this would be different for each Real Estate Agent (REA)
2. Give them things they need to accomplish regularly
3. Give us a way to confirm that our efforts on their behalf are not being wasted.
BUT ALL OF THAT ASIDE. We need to be clear on how they are going to help us make money.
Let’s talk about that for a moment.
1. If you set up joint calling times when you work them and make calls together. First with Zbuyer and then with Redx after Zbuyer is exhausted, which with follow-up calls it might not be for quite some time. After the initial calls you could even do texting to follow-up. By the way I haven’t come up with a script for that. Do you have some thoughts since you are the one who has done the Zbuyer calls? When you are with her/them and making calls, you might actually get appointments. Yeah team.
2. You might work with her/them to go to local businesses.
3. You could do joint greeting card processing - now for this one, she/they would need to pay for the postage, ink and paper for the greeting cards they want to send.
And there are a lot of other joint things that could be done that would be good for you and team building as well as maybe even enjoyable.

Put together the program for her and them.
Point out that there are time frame requirements to stay in the program.
We can only support 10 agents with this program, so it is really important for us to make sure that those agents are the very best for this program and can benefit from it the most.
