A native of California, he has lived and worked throughout the country, most recently serving with the Small Business Administration as a Disaster Assistance Official helping disaster victims from Florida to California.

Steve has been actively helping small businesses and individuals for over 40 years as a consultant, reporter, copy writer, communications technician and even as a fiber optics engineer. He has worked with AT&T, Centurylink, Qwest Communications, was the president of his investigative agency working with Fortune 100 clients. He has been a licensed private investigator in California and Washington State, a licensed insurance adjuster in Texas, a licensed REALTOR® in both Washington State and Indiana.

Steve is passionate about Customer Service and dedicated to helping home owners and small business owners.

He served with the United States Marine Corp Reserves as an Intelligence Analyst.
