setting up comprehensive email campaigns for you (Constant Contact)
helping you with our cutting edge CRM (Follow-Up-Boss)
providing real time Agent Concierge support (with our authorized real estate agent assistants who each have their own access to CRMLS)
offering you unique geographically specific lead generation and client relations programs
and providing real time chat/text/call support 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm.
How much will it cost you?

Exactly our point - our mission is simple - we want to help you become successful and then share in the actual income generated. Unlike so many, we don’t make a living off of you, we are here to help you make a really good living. The better you do, the better we do.

Each relationship is different, you are a unique individual and the support you might need is likely very different from another agent, so we work with you individually.
Before we ask you to go any further, please know that this program isn’t for everyone. We have a couple of non-negotiable requirements we want you to know about up front:
Our customer service expectations are very high, we always conduct customer experience surveys and this is a basic tenant of our operations. Participation for everyone, is based on their demonstrated customer service success.
We require consistent and timely follow-through on leads, client interactions, and consistently high performance from everyone.
This is not a program for part time real estate agents. If you are currently unable to work real estate full time, but focused on doing what is necessary to become full time - we can work with that. But, we are not able to support those whose interest and service level is only part time.
We do not charge for any of our lead generation or support services UNTIL you have closed the transaction. At the same time, we require all participants to perform at a consistently high professional level and always ensure that they provide agreed to payment at the close of each transaction.

Our Sellers Before Market Program
Our program is designed for people who are ready to sell, just considering, and everyone in between!
Today there are very few homes for sale. At the same time, there are a lot of buyers (over 1900 that we are reaching out to right now). In fact, we have 21 buyers looking for homes specifically in %contact_city%.

First, we keep you posted on home buyers who are looking to buy in %contact_city%. In one of my recent transactions, the buyer I represented was able to make an offer on the home I listed minutes after the listing became public! And it turned out her offer was accepted by the owners!
The focus is simple, when I list your home, you and I already have a really good idea of what is going to happen and how soon! It's definitely not about putting a sign in your yard and hoping for the best.
Second, we have an appraising company provide us with an independent valuation on your property. We provide them with your address, specific information about your house, and they do the rest...just like any independent appraiser would. Interestingly, it has been our experience that the pricing they provide is within 2% of the actual appraisal - 97% of the time. Now that doesn't mean this is what your home will sell for or even what we would recommend as an asking price. But it does tell you what it is likely to appraise for!

Fourth, I do a complete market evaluation of your property (requires a site visit) and I let you know what it is likely to sell for and how quickly.
Your safety - given the seemingly never ending presence of Covid - when possible I coordinate with our direct investor and he and I visit your home at the same time to minimize any inconvenience. Of course, we use masks, shoe covers, and when appropriate gloves while we are inside your property.
